You spend 45 minutes reading skincare reviews online. You finally pick a product. You order it. You use it for three weeks. Nothing happens.
Or worse — your skin breaks out.
You go back online to figure out why. And you realise the review you trusted was written by someone who never actually used the product. Or worse — they were paid to say it was good.
That happened to us, too. One too many times.
That’s why we built SkinTold.
We are Sahil and Aniket — two brothers from Nagpur who got obsessed with one simple question:
Why is there no skincare resource that just tells Indian skin the truth?
Not the influencer truth. Not the brand-sponsored truth. The actual, real, tested-on-real-Indian-skin truth.
So we decided to build it ourselves.

Every single piece of content on SkinTold follows one rule:
Would we recommend this to our own family?
If the answer is no — we don’t publish it.
If a product is bad, we say it’s bad. If a brand is overhyped, we call it out. If something works brilliantly for ₹299, we’ll shout about it louder than anything that costs ₹2,999.
